24 hours before tanning, exfoliate. Apply moisture to your hands, feet, and elbows. Apply product using sweeping strokes after pumping it onto a brush or mitt. Save the hands and feet for last, then gently brush or mitt over them. In just four hours, your tan will begin to take shape and gradually get darker.
